1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product is in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
Customized or personalized handmade items.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
Discounted or clearance products (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request:
Contact our support team via email, phone, or Facebook page within 3 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, send the item back to the address provided by our team.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
You’ll be notified via email or phone once your refund is approved.
Refunds are made through the same payment method used during purchase — such as bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible items.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
If it’s our mistake, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
